How do you feel going into this retreat?Songwriting Retreat Recording & Usage Policy: All songs created during the Mountain Valley Music Songwriting Retreat remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and contributors. By participating in the retreat, each participant grants Mountain Valley Music a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right to record, reproduce, distribute, perform, and promote a Mountain Valley Music version of any song written during the retreat for the purposes of the Mountain Valley Music missions project. Participants retain full ownership of their songs and are free to record, release, license, publish, perform, or otherwise exploit their own versions of the songs without restriction. No royalties, mechanical royalties, performance royalties, or other compensation will be paid by Mountain Valley Music to the writers for Mountain Valley Music's use of the songs under this agreement. Participants acknowledge that Mountain Valley Music is a missions-focused project and that all proceeds from Mountain Valley Music releases are intended to support ministry and missions initiatives.
